Privacy Policy

Effective August 22, 2026

Students in Demand Inc. (“Learn Me,” “we,” “us”) operates Learn Me’s website, Android app, iOS app, and related learning services. This policy explains what information we handle, why we handle it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. A legacy password supplied to link an old account is used only to verify that account and is not stored as a separate readable value.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide tests, progress tracking, social learning, and notifications; restore legacy accounts at your request; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot the service; comply with law; and communicate important service or privacy changes.

Advertising and payments

The current free release does not display third-party advertising and does not require payment. Historical transaction records may be retained where necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations, but payment features are disabled in the current service.

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

Retention and deletion

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed to operate and secure the service. Short-lived verification codes expire after 10 minutes and are routinely removed. When you delete your account, we revoke authentication, delete profile, contact, social, chat, and learning-progress data, and anonymize records that must remain to preserve database integrity or meet legal obligations.

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at learnmeja.com/delete-account. You can also contact us for access, correction, portability, objection, or deletion requests where those rights apply.

Security and international processing

We use encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, one-way password hashing, expiring login sessions, and operational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. Learn Me and its providers may process information in countries other than yours, with protections required by applicable law.

Young users

Learn Me’s current target audience is students aged 13–15. The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us and we will investigate and delete it. Parents or guardians may also submit privacy and deletion requests for a minor.

Your choices

You may decline optional profile fields, control notification permission in your device settings, update supported profile details in the app, or stop using social features. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated date here and provide additional notice when required.
